Offering in-person and telehealth sessions

Michelle is a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based mental health care. Her approach is collaborative and patient-centered, with an emphasis on creating a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment.

Michelle provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing mental health support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and other psychiatric conditions. She believes effective mental health care goes beyond treating symptoms - it involves understanding each person’s experiences, goals, strengths, and unique circumstances.

Michelle’s goal is to build a genuine therapeutic relationship with each patient that feels realistic, personalized, and sustainable. Building a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship is an important part of her approach. She brings a warm, approachable, and positive energy into each session while also creating space for honesty, vulnerability, and difficult conversations. Michelle wants her patients to feel comfortable being themselves and to leave each visit feeling supported, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, getting lost in a good book, traveling, and exploring new places, and spending quality time with family and friends. She also loves spending time with her dog, Tilly.
