Katie is a compassionate therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and personal growth. She is passionate about helping clients gain deeper self-understanding, strengthen their sense of self, and build more meaningful connections with others.

Katie earned her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College and practices from an integrative, neuro affirming, and trauma-informed perspective. Her work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that insight can be a powerful catalyst for change.

Many of Katie's clients are thoughtful, high-achieving, and intellectually curious individuals seeking to better understand themselves and the patterns that shape their relationships, self-esteem, and emotional well-being. She has particular experience supporting gifted individuals, students and families connected to independent school communities, and adults navigating the impact of childhood experiences, attachment wounds, and complex trauma.

Katie is also passionate about perinatal mental health and supporting individuals through the transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. She has completed advanced training in maternal mental health and is currently working toward Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C).

Katie strives to create a genuine, supportive space where clients can explore challenges, develop greater self-awareness, and move toward lives that feel more aligned, fulfilling, and authentic.
