Jessica is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts. She received a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, and a Masters in Social Work from Boston College in Boston, Massachusetts. Jessica has over 15 years of clinical experience providing services in English and Spanish in a number of school and community-based settings in the Boston area. She has also volunteered and interned with three different organizations supporting youth and adults in various locations in Latin America.

Jessica loves working with adolescents, young adults, and families. She draws from CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based interventions. She has experience partnering with people experiencing depression. anxiety, trauma ADHD, identity issues, relational challenges and stressors that arise from life transitions. Jessica is passionate about empowering people to identify and utilize their unique strengths and lived experiences to confront stressors and challenges. She embraces a culturally sensitive, anti-racist, LGBTQIA-affirming approach and always incorporates creativity, warmth, and humor into her practice.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys listening to music, dancing, watching sports, exercising, traveling, eating tasty food (especially popcorn!), and quality time with friends and family.
