Grace Fotiades is a master’s level mental health clinician with a passion for collaborating with clients to promote mental wellness and support them in achieving their goals. Grace is currently working towards her license in Mental Health Counseling and is supervised by Dr. Bryan Harnsberger, PsD. With several years of experience working with teens, adolescents, and young adults in academic settings, Grace has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by these populations.

Grace draws from a wide range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. She has a particular interest in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and issues related to relationship challenges, grief, self-esteem, life transitions, and emerging adulthood.

Grace’s approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative, with a focus on creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether clients are struggling with a specific issue or simply seeking support in navigating life's challenges, Grace is here to help clients feel empowered, reach a higher level of self-knowledge, and gain renewed power over their life.
