Offering in-person and telehealth sessions
Steph earned her bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology from Tufts University and went on to complete both her Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at William James College. Her clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including community mental health, outpatient practice, college counseling center, and the Veteran’s Health Administration.
Steph specializes in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and brings a deep awareness of the cultural, relational, and systemic factors that shape mental health and experiences. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, substance use, disordered eating, and relational concerns.
Her therapeutic approach is person-centered, strength-based, and integrative. Steph draws on evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). She works collaboratively with clients to build on their unique strengths and lived experiences, helping them better understand their inner world, shift unhelpful patterns, and develop more compassionate relationships with themselves and others.
Steph is passionate about advocacy and recovery-oriented care. She strives to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel seen, safe, and empowered, and she values authenticity and connection as essential components of the therapeutic relationship.
Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating anxiety or depression, working through self-worth challenges, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, Steph is here to walk alongside you.
Outside the therapy room, Steph enjoys spending time outdoors with her two dogs, discovering new restaurants, and traveling.
