Offering in-person and telehealth sessions.
Steph earned her bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Tufts University and went on to complete her Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at William James College. Her clinical experience includes working in community mental health, outpatient settings, college counseling, and the VA, giving her a broad and inclusive perspective on care.
Steph specializes in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and works with people navigating identity exploration, trauma, and major life transitions. She has experience with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, substance use, disordered eating, and relationship challenges.
In therapy, Steph brings warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience. Her approach is person-centered and strength-based, grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection, with ourselves and with others. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic practices, she works collaboratively with clients, helping them better understand their inner world, shift unhelpful patterns, and foster deeper emotional connection, self-trust, and embodied healing.
Clients often come to Steph feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others. Together, you’ll build a space where you can feel safe and seen, explore what matters most to you, and move toward more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
Outside the therapy room, Steph enjoys spending time outdoors with her two dogs, discovering new restaurants, and getting lost in a good book.
