Ben Warren has a background in Mental Health Counseling with Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University and has worked with youth in the North Shore area in a variety of settings. Additionally Ben has helped adults in various degrees of mental health crises for Eliot Community Human Services. In building a therapeutic partnership, Ben can help you set short-term goals and build skills to manage symptoms of anxiety/depression, break down tasks during challenging life transitions, practice communication skills, or delve deeper to address traumas with individualized care in a non-judgmental environment.

In therapy with Ben, it is a partnership. You are the expert on yourself and with his guidance through Expressive Arts Therapy and an integration of evidence-based approaches, mindfulness, coping skills and personalized attention, you can deepen your mental health awareness and personal understanding to establish healthier routines and be more compassionate towards yourself in your daily living.

In his free time, Ben is a big believer in the Scandinavian practice of friluftsliv and tries to get outdoors no matter the season; whether it is backyard movie nights, biking, hiking, camping or simply a walk in the neighborhood.
